Who this is for

You may be an accountant in Saudi Arabia or the UAE, a Kuwait business owner living in the U.S. or Canada, or an overseas team helping a Kuwait company. Your location does not change the company’s reporting requirements. The current service is a Kuwait-focused preparation tool.

Need a filing for a company in another country? Check the country and format guide before entering financial information. We do not currently offer SEC, HMRC, Saudi Qawaem or UAE filing packages.

Know what you will receive

Included

  • An income statement and statement of financial position.
  • Preparation notes in an Arabic PDF.
  • An XBRL data file referencing the IFRS 2025 taxonomy.
  • A free limited preview of your figures before payment.

Check with your accountant

The current output is not a complete financial statement package. Cash flows, changes in equity and all required disclosures are not included. Qayd acceptance is unverified. This tool does not provide an audit opinion or submit a filing.

Prepare, review, then choose

  1. Gather the Kuwait company’s records

Have the reporting dates, company details, annual income and expenses, and year-end assets and liabilities ready. Enter the company’s figures in KWD; the form does not convert USD, SAR or AED accounting balances.

  2. Complete eight guided sections in English

See your progress and save a private draft. Review a limited document preview halfway through, then use explanations and section links to investigate balance differences. An arithmetic check does not establish accounting or regulatory compliance.

  3. Review suitability before paying

Share the scope with your accountant. The document sample uses fictional figures; your own preview is private. Pay only if the files fit the preparation work you need.

Payment from outside Kuwait

The current price and charge currency are 39 KWD. Tap’s hosted checkout displays the methods enabled for the merchant and transaction. Availability can depend on the card, device and account configuration; a foreign-issued card is not guaranteed to be accepted.

Your issuer may convert KWD into your account currency and apply its own exchange rate or fees. USD pricing and Samsung Pay have not been activated for this offer. Tap displays the merchant identity before you confirm payment.

Before you start

Does an English form mean an English report?

The Arabic PDF includes an optional English review version of the same confirmed KWD figures. Original names and recorded descriptions stay as entered. It is not a certified translation or a foreign filing package. View both fictional samples before deciding.

Can this make a filing for the U.S., Canada, Saudi Arabia or UAE?

The current product does not provide those local filing packages. XBRL is a data format; it does not make reports interchangeable between regulators. Our country guide explains the differences and links to official sources.

Will unfinished figures be saved?

Your inputs, including a partial draft, are saved privately for resuming. Unpaid drafts and their adjustment history are deleted after 60 days from the last edit under our retention policy; paid filings are preserved. Authorized administrators can access drafts for support and service improvement. Financial inputs are not sent to advertising analytics. Read the privacy policy.
